November Sales - Market - UpcomingIan Russell on Sat, Dec 01, 2012 03:12:01 PM
It's officially December! This year has passed so quickly!
We just wrapped up November, which was one of our best months to date. We had four very strong days of auctions (including one at almost $400,000), a number of private treaty sales and large bullion transactions.
Pre-1933 gold is back - we've been advising clients to buy cautiously at the lower prices recently. MS-62 and MS-63 Saints have increased in value over the past two weeks, although we prefer MS-65 Saints and MS-64 Libs at current levels.
Gold Spouses - the Alice Paul Proof turned out to be very tough to get graded 70 First Strike by PCGS. The Cleveland just arrived from the U.S. Mint and will be back from PCGS later next week.
We have over 8,000 coins are currently listed on GreatCollections, another record and we have a number of amazing coins coming up at auction.
* A large collection of certified world gold, including Russia, Great Britain, Canada and Australia.
* One of the best selections of Chinese material, including gold, silver and platinum of the past 30 years.
* U.S. Platinum and Gold, including some of the hard-to-get recent issues in MS or Proof-70.
Finally, we have a very big announcement in the next few days. Stay tuned.
Best regards
- Ian
