Ian Russell on Wed, Mar 23, 2011 10:59:50 AM
GreatCollections only collects sales tax on certain orders to residents of California.

1.  California residents are exempt from sales tax on sales/auction purchases of coins and bullion $1500.00 and more on the same invoice.

2.  Where sales tax is applicable, it is also charged on the buyer's fees and shipping fees charged by GreatCollections.

3.  sales tax is charged on all sales of books and accessories, even when combined with coin and/or bullion purchases of $1,500.00 or more.
